Customers should be able to cancel future renewal according to the billing terms shown at checkout or within the production account area.
Current Billing Period
Access may continue through the current paid period unless the applicable plan terms state otherwise.
Refund Requests
Refund eligibility depends on the final commercial terms and payment-provider rules. This page does not promise a refund where none has been agreed.
